$30 for double JWBs on the rocks. Was F1 weekend in Montreal, so the markup was huge.

Dinner in San Francisco tonight.

Crazy. $250 for a glass of cognac.

I had water instead...

Talking

My mother and I once went to an upscale wine bar on the Jersey Shore where some drinks cost between $25-30... because we had a $100 gift certificate.

The most expensive individual drink I bought was also the most overpriced drink I have ever bought. I was at club at Aria in Las Vegas and ordered a double Grey Goose on the rocks and it ended up being right around $40. $20 a shot seem a bit excessive for me, as I am used to $6-$8 dollars at a club in St. Louis.

About 15 years ago, Bern's Steak House (Tampa, Florida) had a glass of Napoleon brandy (which was bottled while Napoleon was still alive) - $200

My last DUI cost me something like USD$20,000,,,,,,,,, although there was more than one drink involved, so I suppose you would prorate the per-drink cost. Still,,,,, them's some expensive drinks IIRC, rum and Coke.

I've got a few possibilities, but NZ$50 (~US$38) each for two beers on my birthday last year probably takes it.

Mikkeller's USAlive! and Fra-Til. Though they were both 750ml bottles, so actually a pretty reasonable value.

most for alcoholic drink was about 25USD for cocktail in Tokyo, however, the one that killed me was recently getting stung for 12USD for a cup of tea in the Merrion Hotel Dublin. Dam

$18 bucks for a glass of Pinot Noir @ Capital Grill Denver. Would not be surprised if the retail bottle could have been had for less than that....oh well, a good time was had by all.
