Needed to grab a quick bite before crashing after a 25-hour day getting here in NRT, so I stopped at the familiar Golden Arches and pointed to this item on their picture menu:

Have seen an INO in a parking lot of once- ANC McD's has Egg nog shake as did a local Costco...

I remember back in 2003 the McDonald's in Bad Godesburg, Bonn, Germany had Chinese food. So you could get a sweet n' sour chicken ball extra value meal with fries and a drink.
