Needed to grab a quick bite before crashing after a 25-hour day getting here in NRT, so I stopped at the familiar Golden Arches and pointed to this item on their picture menu:

No McD's at Costco Have seen an INO in a parking lot of once-

I did see it on the menu. Also saw the Potato Bacon Pie. Might have to return to try that one (the second one).

Saw the egg nog milkshake at McD's in Bellingham, WA as well so I think it's a national offering. They also have a "Holiday McFlurry" which tastes like bits of candy cane mixed in. Not bad, actually.

I remember back in 2003 the McDonald's in Bad Godesburg, Bonn, Germany had Chinese food. So you could get a sweet n' sour chicken ball extra value meal with fries and a drink.

Bagel sandwiches are regular on the menu as well, just this special version is on a limited time basis!

I had the Beverly Hills Burger in Osaka earlier this year - burger patty, fried egg, crispy onions and a yummy sauce.
