Diners Club Loses (phone) Password
Wondering if this happened to anyone else?
I called Diners this morning and the IVR told me that there was no telephone password for my account. I set mine up in April of this year and have used it to authenticate many times since then.
Waiting for Diners to explain how a password is lost...
