If what they say is true and you can transfer to other people's award accounts from your DC account, there's no reason to transfer to your spouse's DC account.

Doing that quickly, I spot two Hawaiian promos this year, before that one BA promo in April & May, before that Virgin Atlantic, and another two BA in 2103: June & July as well as Oct & Nov. Aeroplan and El Al even further back.
So there's no exact schedule, but looking at those you can get a rough idea of the possiblities.
No one here has an inside track to know their future plans. Your guess is as good as anyone else's, once you've digested what they've done in the reasonably recent past.

Go look at the first few pages of the threads in this forum and scan the thread titles, and you'll see the frequency from the past (though be aware that threads are shown in order of the last post in them, not the first post, so the transfer promo threads may show out of order sometimes).

Actually there's a 20% transfer promo that came up for VA good until 11/30.

That is weak. I was also hoping to redeem ATL - ICN F 380. Especially becuase the Korean Skypass website still shows them as a redemption member: https://www.koreanair.com/global/en/...ners-Club.html
Diners Club International
SKYPASS members who are also cardmembers of Diners Club International can convert Club Rewards Points into SKYPASS miles. For every one (1) Club Rewards point* converted earn one (1) SKYPASS mile, up to a maximum of 200,000 SKYPASS miles per calendar year.
* For more information, visit dinersclubnorthamerica.com
US Cardmembers convert in 1,000 point increments and Canadian cardmembers convert in 1,250 point increments
* For any other country's franchise, members need to contact each franchise directly for country conversion rates and transfer information. Once the points are converted, there will be no mileage reversal. This partnership is applicable to members from participating franchises only.
