I have a mastercard with a security code of 000. The payment screen does not accept this as a valid security code and I was unable to use my credit card. I tried calling web support and they couldn't get it to work either. Hopefully this is an easy fix!

Just tried booking an award ticket GNV - MXP - FCO - GNV, 1 - 21 Nov. No problem getting coach routing, however, when I tried B/E the system returns "There are no flights available for the day requested. Click Back to Change Flight to try another day or to search for different cities." So I adjust dates to a week of the dep/rtn dates (24 Oct - 28 Nov) without any luck. The calendar which was available is not absent. This is an upgrade to the DL.com website?
When going back to the new homepage, if you are logged in, there is a 15 second delay that is not present if you are not logged in. The connection was via https in both case.
This happens on IE/WinXp, FF/WinXP, FF/Linux
Other than that, the new homepage seams clean an nice. So fixing this will give a MUCH better user experience here.

New website:
When entering search criteria for a ticket, the website will not accept "8/28/10" as a valid date. You have to enter the four digit year and two digit month. This is not acceptable. Every website out there supports one digit month and two digit year. Even the old Delta.com landing page supported this.
Please fix this ASAP.
Edit: No, the answer is not to "use the calendar with your mouse". I'm a super fast keyboard user, the mouse does nothing but slow me down.
Thanks,
RM
WOW - it's fixed already. Thanks Delta IT!!!

A multi-city search for a paid ticket US-TPE-ICN-US breaks when looking for the routing from TPE-ICN. It tells me that no flights are scheduled between TPE and ICN on my specified dates - really? Plugging in TPE-ICN on one-way search and there they are .
If it can find me a routing US-TPE, why not TPE-ICN without me having to give it NRT as a connection point?

I do not receive last minute updates on my phone. I have my correct information in the Contact Me page. I receive the "Time To Check In" information 24 hours ahead of the flight, but nothing else when gates change or when flights are delayed/canceled. I also receive no email, but that is unimportant to me.
I have "Use the above preferences for both advanced updates and last-minute updates" checked.
I have a Verizon cell-phone number
This has been going on for over 2 years. I have gotten tired of complaining by calling the help desk, they inevitably tell me to delete and re-add my information, which just kicks the problem out a few weeks more. I did get bumped up to a higher level of support once but that did not help.
Does anyone else have this issue? (looking for company for my misery )
Does anyone have a solution? (looking for an end to the misery )
on edit: I just noticed that under Contact preferences it says "everyday 12am-12pm". But this is not a value that can be updated. Hmmm....

FWIW, I did get a phone call while standing in line waiting to check my skis in SLC telling me that my SLC-JFK flight had been canceled earlier this year. I'm thankful that that was the last time that I had to deal with a canceled flight on DL.
Other than check-in reminders and upgrade notifications, I'm not sure what other notifications are supposed to go out, but I never get them. I just use WorldMate, which can automatically grab my confirmation emails from DL with the flight information and I get a pop-up notification on my phone with gate change/delay information as soon as it's posted. I like this better than having to query delta.com or some other mobile site each time that I want the latest flight status information.
Using Multi-City function, going BUF-DTW-LAX on 08/17/2010 flight 3131 to flight 1619 I get a Q class available but every time I try to book it it tells me that class is not available.
Using One-Way function going BUF-DTW-LAX on 08/17/2010 it only gives me H class available.
Decent size price difference here.
Same thing happening going back from LAX-ATL-BUF getting the same problem with availability showing then disappearing.

That is exactly the kind of notification I'd be looking for. Also, when making a tight connection, it would be great to know if the next flight was delayed so I don't have to run through the airport to try to catch it.

WorldMate sounds good (although if they can do it, why can't DL )
but it looks like WorldMate only works on smart phones. Right now I have a dumb phone, so maybe I can find something similar.

Thanks for the info!
Since you have a dumb phone (this made me LOL BTW - thank you for that ), one possible alternative is to use the one-time flight notification tool on delta.com:
It's tedious in that you must currently do it for all departures/arrivals in your itinerary, but I have found it to work pretty well giving me flight status updates and gate change information. I'm also a nerd and I like to know exactly what gate I'm pulling into as soon as I touch down.

Good info, but let me ask - why do you use that instead of Last Minute Updates? Were you having the same problem?

Yes - even though my contact information is in my profile (and I get the little message that it is at the top of all of my itineraries on delta.com), I never get any updates for schedule changes, gate changes, delays, etc. It is also my impression that this also does not work (and has not for a while now) for the majority of folks on FT.

Mostly DCA, but also RIC/LYH/CHO if I'm down that way.
