The custValSeg makes sense to me, and I can understand why I am only a "2" (>50% of my MQM last year were on partners) while a PM family member is "11" (probably quintuple my spending on DL). Funny that my FO mother is a "1", when I spent many times as much on DL last year and she doesn't have an Amex.
That mindset code will drive me
crazy until somebody cracks it.

Yes, you are entitled to the data...but it is your Experian credit report. The segmentation models and model results are not subject to the FCRA. You have a right to free access to the data annually from annualcreditreport.com. If Amex/Delta were to make a decision to deny you credit (credit limit or product) based on this data, the FRCA applies.
My guess is that if one were to opt out of affiliate sharing with Amex, Delta would not be able to get most of the financial information. Has anyone done this? Is the Mosaic field empty?

What's Delta's response? Someone from delta.com going to have a conference call 01/25/13 at 800a to discuss this??
This morning (Friday) - does this website (
https://www.delta.com/databroker/bcdata.action ) suddenly get disabled / removed from delta.com?
I also see some twitter messages have already been sent on this topic.
I bet its going to be an interesting Friday morning at the delta.com office!
