Great experience on DL, I sent in a complementary e-mail
I sent the below e-mail to DL regarding a recent itinerary. I marked that I don't need a response but if they send me one anyway (sometimes they do) I will update.

I am actually writing about my whole trip on PNR XXXXXX, January XX HKG-NRT-ATL-LAS and January XX LAS-MSP-NRT-HKG, as well as my use of the Sky Clubs at NRT and ATL. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
I would especially like to point out the flight attendant named Regina who worked the January XX NRT-ATL flight. She was very attentive, friendly, made nice conversation and even helped me work out a knot in my back! She was everything a great flight attendant should be and I wish I had any Job Well Done certificates left to give her but I was already out. If you have any way of passing on to her my highest compliments or rewarding her in any way please do so!
There was one small problem on my MSP-NRT flight on January XX. I was in seat 7A and my in flight entertainment screen was not functioning. Jean, a very nice flight attendant, offered to switch my seat with a NRSA passenger who was on the flight. I declined the switch because I planned to sleep most of the way, but from a customer service standpoint it was absolutely the right thing to do for her to offer a switch with a NRSA. That is the kind of service Business Elite passengers expect and I have consistently experienced it with DL. The flight attendants on my other flights were also attentive, friendly and a pleasure to fly with.
I would also like to complement you on the efficiency and service of the Sky Clubs in ATL. I found them clean and comfortable and enjoyed the shower facilities in the E concourse Sky Club. They were great after a long flight from NRT. And as always the NRT Sky Clubs are great!
Thanks to everyone on my flights, in the airports and at DL for providing a consistently excellent experience in BE.

Last time I did this the CSR emailed me back to thank me for the kind words. Then informed me he was In the process of hunting down the phone rep who helped me to pass on "my kind words".
About 4 days later I got an update email saying he found her, passed on the words and said how she was very appreciative.

Nothing as exciting as you are imagining unfortunately. Just noticed i was trying to give myself a backrub and had me lean over onto the galley counter and gave me a quick one instead.

What's the o/u for how many miles you get for the non-functioning IFE? I like how you slipped it in -- similar to how I do.
The FA said "I can give you some miles" but I didn't follow up on it and did not ask for a reply from the web site. If I had planned to use the IFE I'd press it. But I don't need another few thousand miles anyway when I've got about a million stored up.
I do this on a regular basis. I always try to follow up a good experience with a compliment letter to DL. Most airline employees work their a$$ off and dont get a lot in return. A nice letter helps a little I think.
