I have 1.7.3 and it does not look like the OP's screenshot. That screenshot looks like the long awaited Passbook enabled Delta app for the iPhone.

The new delta.com design has been showing images (including the one in the OP) of an updated Fly Delta app. However, the update is still only "coming soon," which in Delta speak doesn't mean much.

Its either a upcoming version or the upcoming Passbook interface.

I just checked and the Android Version I', running is 1.7.2 with no updates available.

This is just an ad mock-up of the mobile site. See the name at the top, Olivia Dixon? Delta has used that name before for SkyMiles ads, etc. I'll try to find a pic.
