Current Upgrade Priority Hierarchy

I'm completely sure this information is in here a hundred times over, but I can't seem to find it.

In general, what is the current upgrade priority hierarchy?

Specifically, would a DM on an award ticket outrank a PM or GM on a paid ticket--or not?

Yes, DM is supposed to outrank lower elites

I thought it went as follows:

DM-Y/B/M then other fare classes. DM on non-revenue
PM-Y/B/M then other fare classes. PM on non-revenue

A FO on FULL Y beats a DM on any fare other than full Y unless a SWU or miles are being used to support the upgrade.

Heirarchy would be
Diamond on Full Y
Platinum on Full Y
Gold on Full Y
Silver on Full Y
Diamond on B/M/H/Q/K/L/U/T/E/Award
Platinum on B/M/H/Q/K/L/U/T/E/Award
Gold on B/M/H/Q/K/L/U/T/E/Award
Silver on B/M/H/Q/K/L/U/T/E (no upgrade for Silver on Award Tickets or Pay with Miles tickets).

Tie-breakers for elites in the same level with the same fare code are
A) Delta Reserve AmEx holders
B) Purchase date of ticket.

I think anyone using SWU goes to the top of the line, but I'm sure a similar heirarchy (with appropriate fare codes to use SWUs or Miles Upgrade Awards) is required, but I can't speculate as to exactly what that is.

Diamond on SWU and Platinum on SWU trump full Y. (ie a DM on a K fare using a SWU will beat a DM/Reserve Amex on a full Y that is not using a SWU).

Mileage upgrades cannot be processed at a gate (unless G/Z inventory is open, in which case it should have processed in advance of the airport), so only a SWU would be applicable here.

And Medallion with a companion would follow Silver, right?

Since this is FT and we discuss minutia to the nth degree, is the status with the SWU or the traveller? Since SWUs are good for a year after being chosen, the Medallion's status may have changed since it was issued. So if I picked my SWUs right before I dropped from DM to PM, which priority would I have? For that matter if I drop to GM (or even FO or no status) where would I be on the priority list?

So now that we are discussing this in this thread, what are the current UP- codes that are in use, and how do they correspond to the upgrade order?

Ex., supposedly a DM on the SWU waitlist is UP2A.
