Upgrade list bug?

I'm flying today and watching the upgrade list on DL.com and noticed that where I was #1 on DL.com I'm now #2. Not a big deal (4 seats still available) but the GIDS shows that I'm #1 on the upgrade list and the person who is ahead of me on the DL.com is waiting a seat assignment and not an upgrade.

Anyone ever seen this before?

I've had the same problem. I called in to confirm with the diamond line before I got to the airport because my SWU didn't look coded correctly. They showed me at a different spot on the upgrade list than delta.dumb. I've also lost the link to the upgrade list on the iPhone app.

Definitely a bug...I have a flight today where I show 1 of 4 on the app (android), and 12 of 18 on DL.com.

I called CS and they told me I am indeed 1 of 4 (currentlY). So if you can check the app that still appears to be accurate.

On Wed, I no longer showed up on the list on my mobile. Called Delta and I was still there, just not showing.

Did you get the upgrade? Whenever an agent tells me I'm on the upgrade list right but I just can't see it, I am suspicious, very suspicious, that something is wrong and the agent doesn't have the skill or time to fix it.

I'm on DL1249 and can't even see the list on my connecting DL563. This flight was a few minutes late so DL.COM is showing all the late and misconnect stuff and yet we'll be in early. Me thinks the new and inproved DL.COM needs some more improving.

It's very reasonable that someone with a FC ticket but no FC seat assignment has top priority and logically that person is not getting an upgrade but the seat to which he/she is entitled. However, AFAIK such a person in the past was always included in the "upgrade" list at the appropriate higher code.

The app is still correct. The new & improved dl.com adds all Y pax waiting for seat assignments to the top of the list.

This is crazy.....someone could think that they have priority for FC seats.

I was suspicious. Checked again at the airport, and I was indeed on the list, exactly where the Diamond agent said I was.

Yes, the upgrade list online is including confirmed passengers waiting for a seat in coach as well which is why it looks a lot longer. This needs to be fixed.

I'm waiting for careless GAs to upgrade kettles who were too cheap to pay for a seat reservation when they bought their sLUT fares or, better yet, someone without status traveling on an E fare.

When I flew out of ATL last night, the GA told me that my position on the upgrade list was lower than it looked like it should have been based on status and fare class, and that there was also someone on a Y fare who was above me (as I'd expect) but lower than he should have been. Never did figure out what the deal was.

(Wouldn't have made a difference to me anyway, as there were two Diamonds up there and one open seat in F, but it was apparently weird. He couldn't figure it out.)

Looks like the new and improved DL.com is putting all standby passengers and medallions awaiting upgrades into a single list.
