DL2347 (LGA-ATL) - Thank you...

If you're reading this ... To the passenger in first who sent back a drink for me. Much appreciated and certainly well timed.

If they're not reading this - to those of you FT'ers who have done this in the past for anyone else, I'll offer a collective thank you!

Safe travels to all.

No offense but why did they send you a drink? Ate you an attractive 20-something female?

No offense taken! I was just as surprised. I am a 20-something female, but attractive is relative, right? It's definitely not the first drink I've been purchased.

Just thought a thank you was in order as the FA wouldn't tell me who/seat number of the passenger. Did not want to be rude and figured the odds of the person seeing it on FT was moderately high.

I'm surprised the FA did this, since no one in F actually buys drinks, even for themselves.

I once got yelled at on DL for taking my dessert back to my daughter in Y.

Could have been they produced a HOOU coupon that got printed, and then couldn't use after an upgrade. Or one of the other coupons that show up.

Of course I took the 200p flight today instead of the 300p flight.

Can we all agree that it wasn't mwbnwmbs or whatever his name is? He clearly does not have enough game to do something like this.

LOL - I was sort of thinking on the same lines - but
1) He is too young to buy a drink or have a HOOU coupon
2) He does not have the game as you point out
3) He freely admits he is a taker and not a giver

No, it was a certain individual demonstrating the mighty wfbf concept and its endless powers for do-good to potential new cult converts.

Anyway congrats, did they ask you for ID? Although being far from my twenties, I seem to be one of the tiny number of pax that is frequently asked to show identification while the kid next to me is served his second screwdriver at 9:30a. Don't they have age range on the manifest?

I assumed it was a coupon (HOOU) -logically that made the most sense to me. I've rounded the second half of my 20's, so I'd like to think no ID necessary. I'm sure in 10 years I'll appreciate being asked.

Haha. I haven't gotten it from FC yet but have been gifted HOOU coupons! Maybe next time.

And as a single, late-20's male all I get are the advances of overtly gay FA's even though I am not going to accept their advances

**raises hand** me too! me too! Most recently, I was onboard with my 10 year old daughter (who is my doppelganger) and my 8 year old son. If, perchance, I was not old enough to drink... That would have made me 10 when my daughter was born. I don't look my age (mid thirties) but I definitely do not look 20 - with or without children in tow that are obviously mine.
