So, you will be on a carrier where EVERYONE is elite. Oh....wait....look at DL now.

Think of it this way - silver will be worth something again =-)./

Probably Delta's IT since Delta's page is still showing a LUT fare earns 100%.

I have booked M fares before and it will state after booking I will only earn 100% on the confirm page but ended up with 150%.

If I am only going to get 125 MQM's on a DTW/MDW trip I may as well go back to flying WN on that route.

Why offer status matches for a group of less profitable customers who might well defect regardless of whether they obtain status matches?

It's funny to see how fast the flames of crazy spread on here.

25% I can see after the first of the year. 25% of 25%, well, that would just be a silly overkill.

So Silver will mean something again, which may be good for us, but is it worth it to Delta? I'm sure plenty of LUT FFs will like to give their 5k/year to another airline rather than being nobodies with Delta.

I don't understand what Delta is getting from this.

Zero would make for easier calculations.

Has anyone looked at E fares?

On the phone with DM desk right now. She said as of 9/1 the MQM's are determined by fare paid. She is now looking up the official policy

I assume by your name you are in MSP. I am in DTW.

I am sure DL will still be running near 90% load factors out of these cities. Where are people going to go?
WN = oh yeah, revenue-based
AA = singing the song "let's make the whole world elite" which in the end only will give the perks to the highest fare travelers
UA = flying disaster area
US = fold into AA and wait =-)
NK = tee hee hee hee
VA = PERFECT if you fly between LAX and SFO
AS = I am sure earning will be similar to DL on DL operated flights.
JetBlue = Where's my first class upgrade!!!!!! Oh yeah.

I am sure it is just an IT issue.
