DL Flight 6293(Comair) struck by AF A-380 @ JFK

seems an AF A-380 wing while taxiing for take-off struck a ComAir tail which just landed

alittle more here: http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2011/04/...t-jfk-airport/

well leave it to the media to once again mess things up 629 isnt a Comair flight nor does it go into JFK, so flight # is unknown

from checking DL.com it seems it was the BOS-JFK 6293 which landed 10 mins late @ 8:10pm

the media I guess doesnt think the 3 was necessary and reported it as 629, but to be fair it seems more than 1 report has it as 629 so maybe it wasnt the medias fault for the wrong flight #

Wow! Luckily, everyone is seems okay and they doesn't have any injured during collision both CR7 & A380. Thankfully, everyone is alright. Unfortunately, the flight is being cancelled tonight from JFK-CDG until the entire A380 will have a repaired tonight. They should have be careful out there and they have try to pay attentions what they are doing.

Same flight. 293 is in the Comair system, while 6293 is in the Delta system.

Yet all the stories say the A380 did the hitting, and that AF wasn't commenting.
