Bourbon Removed from Delta Sky Clubs

Has anyone but me noticed that there is no bourbon available at Delta Sky Clubs now with the exception of CVG. The only American liquor available is Jack Daniels (by the way - it's not bourbon) I would think after the membership prices went up after the NWA merger, a very basic bar liquor would be available.

What?? No Woodford? Hmm. Please don't tell me they ditched the scotch too.
Mr. Marylou will not be happy.

DL has since ditched Woodford in the clubs...a MAJOR downgrade of booze =(

Atleast they still serve it onboard unlike their Sky Clubs alter ego.

Woodford is still available at CVG... token gesture to civility.

Jack Daniels... trying to appeal to the masses. At least those masses that are into motorcycles and country music concerts.

Should be bourbon in SCs, no question.

It will be interesting to see what happens with free booze after the UA/CO merger. United lounges do not comp alcohol, a policy President's Clubs would likely adopt if they're re-branded.

I don't envision DL keeping free drinks in that scenario. The marketing advantage is marginal, IMO.

Woodford has been absent from the SCs for a number of months, and a FA on the BNA - ATL flight told me DL was only stocking two minis per flight. I am not sure if she meant ATL - BNA - ATL or all flights.

I do know that this is one of the questions to be asked at the ATL DO next month.

Your liver must be the size of Kentucky. (It's the Coke, not the bourbon that'll kill you. )

Bartender... I could almost guarantee you there would be no Woodford if it was self-serve.

Delta will face a tremendous amount of complaints if they do away with free alcohol in the sky clubs. I would bet a lot of people cancel/not renew their memberships.

Now, now. I must admit, I do like Jack Daniels....motorcycles are OK (prefer my Specialized roadbike-bicycle) and I can't stand country music.

Let's not be too stereotypicical
