SEA-ATL seems to be an A332 every Monday. The flight number keeps changing, though (but it's still 11:45am). The wife and kids are flying BF on the 21st. I was surprised to find it, and booked it in BUP immediately.

Wow, good find. I was just on the 11:xx am flight from SEA-ATL last Monday and it was a domestic 763. No A330 in the schedule at the time.
It appears the A332 will operate between SEA/ATL on Mondays through at least August. I have checked the end of Sept and it's already out of the schedule.
Here's the other piece of good news - at least on Mondays the BusinessElite configured 767 will continue to do one turn on the SEA/ATL route. This is in addition to the A332 on Mondays through July/August; but the BE 767 continues at least through October.

PS - you can always tell the difference between domestic and BE configured 767's on Delta.com by looking at the Equipment Type. The domestic 767 will be listed as "Boeing 767-300" while the BE configured 767 will be listed as "Boeing 767". Most of you probably already know that though.
