2009 medallion threshold rewards broken?

How do I get my 2009 medallion threhold rewards? I have 100,600 miles for 2009.

I tried going to https://www.medallionmarketplace.com...incentive2009/ and imputting my delta skymiles number when requested, but it just keeps asking for the number over and over.

I crossed 100k MQM two weeks ago, and I still cannot claim it. I contacted DL and this is the answer I got today:

Dear dp-340,

Thank you for contacting us through delta.com. We are sorry for the delay in responding to your message.

Your request has been forwarded to our Partner Representative for review. You will be contacted if additional information is required. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

We value your Medallion loyalty to Delta and look forward to the privilege of serving you again soon.

Sincerely,

Ruth Reich

I'm having the same problem. I'm at 224,000+ MQMs and I'm still waiting for my 25k threshold awards for 125k, 150k, 175k, 200k and 225k thresholds (I did get the 25k at 100k MQMs roughly 6 months ago).

I never received any email reminder to claim the awards, but was fortunately reminded after reading about it on FT two weeks ago. I promptly emailed via the website twice and called the Medallion Desk last week--but to no avail so far. The agent simply said they were having issues with their system and that I should be receiving the awards shortly. I'll call in again later this week and see what the deal is. Keep me posted on your end.

I got emails for all of mine (125K, 150K, 175K, 200K) and claimed the miles and they have all posted, except for the last one. Maybe you have you email notification turned off in your profile. That was the issue with me.

I'm waiting to be able to claim the 150k threshold. I claimed the 100k and 125k 3-4 weeks ago and still nothing has posted

I, too, c ouldn't get the website to work back in September when I hit 100K; so I just emailed them through the website and they took care of it. It took a couple of months to post, though.

How long did it take your miles to post?

My email notification is on; thus that is not my case.

All,

I had a similar encounter with Delta last year. I had 202k MQM's but only received an email notification to select my bonus for the 100k MQM threshold. I called Delta twice about it and they ended up forwarding this to corporate. About 6 weeks later, I got an email notification from Delta to select my threhsold bonus awards (see link below ... must sign into Skymiles first and then click the "Claim Award" button). All in all, it took about 10 weeks since my first complaint call to Delta before getting this email notification.

I tried it this weekend and was able to select my gifts for the 125k, 150k, 175k and 200k thresholds with no problems. Knowing Delta, I'm going to give them at least 6-8 weeks before I expect these to post to my account. Why don't you try this link first to see if it allows you to select your gift? Otherwise, I'd suggest you give Delta a call.

My 125, 150, 175 and 200k took 4-6 weeks ea. This was a real bummer after getting used to the NW INSTANT miles dumped into your account. They do come eventually but it is slooooooow.

I called today about the Platinum/Diamond Choice Benefits and was told that for technical reasons won't be available until March.

2009 Medallion Threshold Awards beginning at 100K MQM and at every 25K thereafter.

2010 Medallion Choice Awards (beginning on or about 3/1/10) for Platinum (one choice) and Diamond (two choices).

Different programs.

Threshold awards handled by a contractor; once claimed, 2 to 3 weeks to post.

Check cookies and e-mail notification.

Still having a problem? Contact Kevin.Pinto@delta.com. He's our diamond.

Try Firefox

I tried unsuccessfully for 2 weeks on Internet Explorer (v6 and v7). At the vovici.com redirect, I couldn't get the page to load.

Finally, I switched over to Firefox, and it loaded up on the first try. The reward is yet to be fulfilled, but at least I could file my choice.

Some say it takes about 2 weeks for it to be available. In any case, while IE wouldn't work, Firefox did at the 2-week point. Try that.

(Download from here: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ie.html). You'll also like the fact that it can recover from a closure or failure with your previous websites ready to go, and can do multiple (Ctrl+ T) tabs. Updates do come regularly, but do recover to where you left off if you choose to update at that time.

The Delta Choice Benefits is indeed broken. I spoke with Delta this morning and they are having a problem with some accounts but feel those are the exception. They estimate they will have the system fixed sometime in April. If you are interested in the benefit to 'gift' medallion status that gift will be devalued by 2 months.
