Good luck on the EP invite- it is revenue based, not MQM. Although I also pass 200k, I don't get the invite, because I pay for every ticket out of my own pocket, so its mostly cheap Int'l sLUT fares for me...
I guess that I better not hold my breath until I am blue in the face then because I know that is correct about becoming EP.
I guess that I should not waste my request when I send my list to Santa Claus later this year!

I had to wait a week after selecting the 100k reward before using the same link again to select the 125k award.
Also, if you are not sure if your selection went through, try using the link. If you have already selected your award it will say so.
This link seems to be down...does anyone have an alternate link? With the integration, I passed two thresholds at once (with NW base miles added in)...I wonder if Ill get the chance to request two bonuses or just one!

I too tried the link this moring to make my 125K threshold choice and had it tell me they were updating/making changes to the site. I hope they fix this soon as I will be close to the 150K mark after my trip back over the pond.

Just tried to claim a reward a few minutes ago. After clicking the claim reward button, you are greeted with: We are currently updating the site with new items and enhanced functionality. Please check back soon.
Yes, the integration is likely the issue, so I'll just give it some time. However, if anyone is able to claim a 2009 Threshold Reward, please let us know by posting here.
I tried to redeem my Medallion Threshold bonus last week and tried to do it again today-no luck.
I just got off the phone with SMS (again) and they too claimed that the problem when trying to redeem the Medallion Threshold Bonus probably was a website issue related to the "integration with Northwest" and that it should be back up soon.
However, my earlier call to SMS was shunted to online support-who claimed that the Medallion Marketplace website was closed until the end of the year, and flat out told me that I would not be able to redeem my threshold bonus. Not being satisfied with that answer, I called back.
They suggested I email DL so that they will have a log of the issue. It seems that SMS is unaware of this problem, as I have gotten conflicting info.

Is working again for me today. Wasn't working yesterday.
However, it is taking me through the forms and then claiming that I've redeemed for all the tiers I am eligible for. This is not true - I've only redeemed through 125K and I have several above left to claim. Hopefully they will fix this soon.

It almost works now. I tried to claim a threshold reward and got to the screen where it wants me to validate my SM number. When I enter in my # and press the enter button, the page refreshes with my number deleted.

Hmm. That sounds like something else to me, as the pages still load fine (as of 2 minutes ago) - they just don't recognize that I'm still eligible for more tiers. Did you try a different browser (e.g., Google Chrome) to see if you get the same result?

Not only is the website up & running & working...us former NW Elites are now pointed straight to the SkyMiles website for selecting rewards.
I just selected my 100K, 125K and 150K rewards with no hassle at all. 15K bonus miles, 20K bonus miles and a Gold gift, respectively.
Delta apparently doesn't send confirmation emails though. Hopefully all my selections stick. They say it can take 6-8 weeks for the rewards to be credited. At NW the reward was instantaneous.

At Dl my reward took about a week to show for the 100k mark. Just tried to claim my 125k and it says I have already claimed my rewards for all that I am allowed so I assume it still has not registered my 125k milestone and since I am at 141K now by the end of the month the 150K should be reached.

I tried it at home with Google Chrome and had the same result, as soon as I type in my SM # and hit submit, the page refreshes, but with my SM # deleted from the validation box.

I'll worry about the rewards then.
Not to be a pessimist, but I did the same thing, I'm now several tiers past 125K, and it hasn't changed... still thinks I've received all I'm entitled to.

At one point in the process, a pop-up window is opened. In Chrome, a small notification will appear at the bottom-right that allows you to permit the popup. In other browsers, something similar happens. Did you ensure that you allowed any popups to be generated?
Programs: DL PM, RW, CRC. Platinum and Gold are ok, but I prefer Limestone and Marble.

I'm trying to figure this out.
In the 2010 benefits on Delta.com it shows that that Platinum (75k MQM'S) gets you a choice of 20k bonus miles, 4 one day passes, gifting Silver, 4 SWU's, or a travel/retail gift card.
Under the 2009 threshold rewards, 100k gives you:

As I'm reading this, it means that in 2009 I have to hit 100k to gift silver, but in 2010 I'll be able to gift that at 75k. I only found the 2009 threshold awards on delta.com, I wonder if they are changing for 2010, since they've moved the 100k awards down to the 75k level.
