Which is a CRJ 100. The problem with all of the seats is that the cushion sits on a fabric support. The fabric stretches over time while the cushion loses its support.
The funny part is that on my flight to BOS I had the opposite problem. The seat was a replacement that was like sitting on a brick. I fixed that problem by swapping the seat cushion with the seat next to me which was unoccupied.

Really on NWA if the AVOD does not work the FA will move you if they can if not, they give you a voucher on the spot. Normally pretty high 1k. That is in WBC though not Y.
