The e-miles rules changed early in the promo - the quarterly thing ended and you could transfer miles whenever you wanted. I doubt the list ever existed.
From reading this thread and from personal correspondence with e-Miles, more than one person was told that e-Miles would send Delta a list of all active members -- even those who did not have enough e-Miles to convert to Delta during the promo period.
I fall into that group, but I frankly don't know whether e-Miles, a late-posting Netflix, or mcr put me over the top.

I don't see how that would have solved the problem. I and others had miles post on January 1st, just before the promo. In any case, I forwarded the email to DL to see what happens.
I know it's common to get a response that makes no sense, but this is ridiculous:
Thank you for your e-mail to Delta Air Lines.
The miles requested have already been posted to your SkyMiles account.
We are unable to delete mileage already posted.
From quickly perusing your list, I count 10 legitimate partners -- so you may very well have come up short of the 12 for the next threshhold. However, people are claiming that some activity that was not listed in the T&C's is counting -- so you may be able to convince them to give you another 6k if you find a generous CSR.

Are you sure about Budget fastbreak? One of my family member's accounts had fastbreak as the 6th activity and only received 3K. Everyone else had an "extra" activity.

I had EXACTLY 25 partners. But I only hoped to get 20K because I signed up for e-miles but did not have enough activity to do a transaction. I considered myself to qualify for 20 with 4 partners as "back-ups" and an outside chance of 25. Because my bonus yesterday was 25K I have to conclude that there was a list sent to Delta noting my sign-up sans redemption.
oes that look like 3,000 from the "up to 25,000 bonus?" I wish their codes were easier to decipher!
I believe so. I received the bonus without even actively pursuing it (other than registering for it, I suppose). I converted e-rewards into miles, shopped at iTunes and developed some pictures at Shutterfly.

So, I did 12, but got 6K (I did 13, but discovered the OMNI Hotel rate I used was mileage ineligible ). The 12 I did included the Budget sign-up. Can someone confirm that a Budget sign-up works (seems like one poster says yes, other says no).
In the end, I won't be too upset with 6K, but after all my fiascos with Accor/Sol Melia, I would love 12K.
My 6K posted. Looking at my SM YTD activity, I had roughly 7,400 SM out of 47,500 from DL flights. The rest from promos and partner activity. This makes it clear that I am no longer a BIS kinda guy.
