I think the easiest way would be to contact skymiles shopping directly. Tell them you made a purchase on 2/15 and need that activity so show for a promotion with Delta. They're usually fairly responsive and competent. They should be able to change the post activity on your account.

FTD sux

I used teleflora for the funeral of a friend last Sunday. The miles posted TODAY, only 7 days later. Although I already mentioned 1800Flowers in another post I will repeat: they took only 11 days to post.

FTD is now 37 days out from the date they took my money! I sent them an email a week ago and they have not responded.

This partner promo has been fun AND educational.

I will never use FTD.com again. They suck!

21 posted activities.

3 completed activities that have not yet posted:
  1. FTD ; activity completed Jan 19
  2. Alamo ; activity completed Jan 20. Alamo claims they sent the miles to Delta; Delta claims they have no such posting from Alamo. Alamo rebuffs me with "wait 4-6 weeks." As if "time" is somehow going to help Delta see that the miles were sent over.
  3. e-rewards ; I just logged on to my account and they had a link saying "You have completed your first survey. You can redeem your 250 Delta SkyMiles." So I completed the redemption process.

I still have two activities that I have yet to complete: Hertz and Hyatt.

In total I should have, by March 15, 27 activities. Even if the both Alamo and FTD end up being duds I should get my 25!

I can see now why a partner of Delta would want to "opt out" of this promotion. This type of promotion exposes how less attractive one partner might be with other partners in the same business. Alamo has been a HUGE disappointment and I am very pleased with Avis, National, Dollar and Budget.

FTD has been exposed as sub-par to 1800Flowers & Teleflora.

Sorry FTD, get your act together and you won't look so bad. I have no sympathy for you.

It has been my experience, that if you don't get the answer you want hang up and call back later. Often the results depend on the customer service rep. I bought some movie tickets from Ftd, ( the company that issues the tickets closed)., the first rep was unaware and unhelpful. The second rep. did as I asked her to do. No harm No foul.

I've been waiting about a month for a credit from QVC via shopping. I finally got an e-mail response saying that it is in progress.

I'm not sure that Evan!'s floral experience should be extrapolated too far. It is one data point.

My experience has been different.

Teleflora: bought 2/11, posted 2/18
FTD: bought 2/4, posted 2/21
1800flowers.com: bought 2/4, not yet posted

Also noteworthy is that the flowers.com merchandise died within two days, whereas the others had no quality issues.

the problem with all online flower portals is that they must all ultimately rely upon local delivery services. my v-day order got botched, with an erroneous note that it was delivered, but ftd has agreed to send a replacement.

the irony is that my ftd purchase hasn't posted, but my v-day bonus (and i had no other qualifying activity) has!

I was wondering: If you get an REI e-gift certificate on REI.com.
Do you earn miles on it?
Can you use that same e-gift certificate again to earn miles one more time?
Do you earn dividends on it?

Thanks,

Try calling this number Ftd accounting. 1-800-383-7142. They were very helpful with my problems.

My husband used Alamo earlier this month and Alamo posted within 1 day. I was pretty impressed. Has anyone gotten miles to post for Shop4miles? Husband is still waiting for miles to post for Ameriprise Auto quote from 3 weeks ago. Mine posted after just a few days. I am starting to think that he isn't going to get his.

Is it typical to get Netflix miles in about 2 weeks? I know the terms and conditions say to wait 8+, but I just signed up and am hoping they post soon. Thanks.

Does signup bonus for POINTS.com count? Or must I transfer points?
