Maybe it doesn't have anything to do with this promotion.

See here.

It could be a change to your employer's compensation package. Hope you weren't attached to that silly-ole health insurance

The one on my account that says SkyMiles Incentives is for DHL. What partner activities have you done that might give you those miles?

I did this for one stay at a Sheraton early last week as well. Anyone can do it, you just have to call spg beforehand to make sure that your earning preference is miles, not spg points. Unfortunately, there's no way to make this change online so you have to call to get it done.

My SkyMiles Incentives was for an Ameriprise Insurance quote.

How long does that normally take to post? I had one of those last week.

Ours as well.

Last year Ameriprise poste for us as Ameriprise, this year it posted as Skymiles Incentives. (Which was the only thing we did that was an even 500 mile activity, posted the same day, etc.).

My Marriott stays post as delta skymiles but I don't have any plans to stay in a Marriott in the next month or so. Is there other activity that I can do, such as skymall purchase (thru the marriott rewards site, not delta) that would post to the marriott rewards? I have my marriott rewards set up to post to delta skymiles and not to marriott rewards points. Sorry if this whole thing sounds confusing? Thanks for any help on this question.

Just read through all 30 pages so far and appreciate the effort on the part of Evan and others. I just have one simple question:

I used points.com to transfer 30 USAIR to 1 DELTA (thanks to the earlier poster on this.)

I now am considering utilizing points.com again to transfer from Priority Club to Delta.

Is this one activity or two?

Thank you!

One. Only one transfer from Points.com (regardless of the source) counts.

Try to register again and you will receive a message on your screen that you are already registered for this offer. Other than that, I do not know.

E-miles change?

OK, I hadn't really been working E-miles until recently, so just this week hit my first 500. It immediately gave me the option to convert to Delta miles which I took, and it said they would post in 8-10 weeks. Is this the standard pattern, but they only post quarterly? Or is this different from the historical format?

In my experience, there has been no option to convert. If you have 500 miles or a multiple of 500 at the end of a quarter, the miles post to Delta automatically a few days after the end of the quarter.

But if you have to wait 8-10 weeks, it really doesn't make any difference--that will be the end of the quarter.
