I've got to ask: Did I miss something or the promotion is based on the transaction date and not the Miles posting date?
I know some of them will post after the promotion ends and might have the wrong posting date but I have kept all my transaction confirmation (scan of order page, confirmation page and e-mail confirmations) so I can be in a position to prove to DSM that I am entitled to the bonus. Am I too relax about this?

Does transferring miles from Amex Membership Rewards count as a unique activity from transferring miles from Radisson Goldpoints or Starwood? or are they all considered the same thing.

3 separate activities.

It's based on the transaction date. Your statement will show activity by transaction date, and the posting date will only be noted in parantheses. For most activities the backdating works fine. In a couple of cases, it appears the backdating is not right -- most notable Lather.
Am seeing new SkyMiles posting under the "ways to get miles" category. Partner, Lending Tree, is offering 1000 bonus miles when you complete a home loan request. Use reservation code DL15-15 when submitting from the website.
Lending Tree made the exact same offer on the AAdvantage web site. I registered on 4/23, expecting miles for the application. Since no miles ever posted, I pulled a copy of my confirmation. Page small print disclaims that I must wait 6-8 weeks from the "closing date" for miles to post. Promotional wording promised miles simply for the application itself, not for a closed loan.
Delta's Lending Tree promo has the same deceptive offer of miles upon application. If my Lending Tree experience with AAdvantage is any guide, whoever applies will not get miles. Lending Tree may purchase miles for an applicant who closes a loan, but only 8 weeks later, and only if pushed!
The promised miles require a loan closing --not just an application, as promised. Posting will take at least 8 weeks --if any miles at all are forthcoming!
After completing the application, I was inundated with telephone calls from mortgage companies, refered to me from the mileage promo. The calls are interminable! If you want to take a risk with this promo, fill in the form with an incorrect telephone number, and save yourself a lot of grief!

Another problem with Lending Tree is that each mortgage company's credit check lowers your score a bit. I've talked to a mortgage lender and was told it's not uncommon for scores to drop as much as 50 points. There's various thoughts on this though.

In one of the T&C for this promotion, Biscoff wasn't included, so we'll see if this counts for anything or not.
I doubt it will. I did the same thing, since I like Biscoff cookies so much , but then realized that it may not count as a partner activity after all. And since it posted as "Skymiles Incentive" activity today, I am even more convinced now that it won't (coke redemptions post as Skymiles Incentive as well).

Posting as "Skymiles Incentive" is not the indicator you stated.
For example, Java City and several other partners named in the promotion also post exactly the same way. Therefore I suspect Biscoff is just as likely to count in the promotion than not, despite the omission in the T&C.

Actually, no, it is absolutely not pointless. I recently redeemed 220,000 miles for a RTW award in biz. That award alone is worth well over $10,000. If you are interested in hijacking this thread to talk about the devaluation of SkyMiles, I suggest you do it in one of the other threads where it is/has already been discussed ad nauseam.
try miles4sale.com For $13.75 you can buy 500 miles. However I'm not sure, that it will not count as Miles Incentive etc. At this site you can save 10% on it: http://www.bountyzoo.com/?taf=9474

I'm wondering the same thing. For example, Earthlink is listed as a partner for this promotion but "...miles will be deposited into member's SkyMiles account within 10 weeks after customer has paid three consecutive monthly EarthLink invoices for qualifying service"
fwiw, I emailed Delta about transaction vs posting date
