If you sign up for Points.com, you get 1 activity for the promo, plus another 100 miles if you use this link.
If you let someone refer you first, then:
you still get the 100 miles,
and the referrer gets 100 miles (on AA, US, AC, or greenpoints).
The referrer gets the bonus only after you complete 1 point transfer. Use the Refer-A-Friend button at the top of the points.com page. The form looks like this.
You can easily make a free point transfer by:
Transferring from some existing stray miles you have
Creating free Goldpoints to transfer
Creating free Hotspex points to transfer
You can create 500 free Goldpoints to transfer by signing up and then updating your email address.
You can create Hotspex points to transfer by signing up and completing a survey.
To refer someone you just need the email address they plan to use at points.com.
I know this is only a few miles. However, a few people here are signing up family members. You might as well refer each other while you're at it.
If you have no one to refer you, I'll be happy to do it. Just PM your email address.
I have already signed up for the points.com and was credited with the 100 miles within a day. I have not signed up for emiles or erewards but didn't know if I really should for this promotion. Will it count toward 1 activity to join these two programs or only when miles or transfered to delta? How does it work with emiles and erewards? Thanks!
There's a conga opportunity here.

Me too (all those sign-up boni usually require an US address which I don't have so I'll be happy to get a points.com activity by referring someone and then transferring the miles to DL).

hotspex?
I just opened a hotspex account and now have 70 spexbux to spend. How do I get them to my Skymiles account? I thought it was direct but it appears I have to go through points.com when I already did use that partner.

Am I correct?
As far as I know the only way to transfer to your skymiles account is through points.com. Even if you got a points.com credit thats still 23 extra miles....

You're correct that it's not direct. Earning Hotspex BUX is not a qualifying activity for the promo. Transferring hotspex to DL through points.com is. This list may help.

I appreciate you putting together this easy-to-check list, but I have a question. Why do you list #9 (Starwood points conversion) and #13 (GoldPoints points conversion) separately from #6 (Hotels)? In my opinion, these are both standard hotel-to-miles conversions which are encompassed in #6. (I know GoldPoints is a strange program, but it is still tied in with Radisson Hotels to the best of my knowledge.)
My detail is back too. Nice to see how rapidly emiles and erewards post. I've hit 6 partners, but the others won't post for a while.
BAMAVOL OR ANYONE ELSE WITH E-MILES ACTIVITY --
I take it from your post and the one above, that E-Miles no longer just reads "Incentive" but now reads "E-Miles"?
If correct, then maybe JudyFla's Java City purchase now reads in a similar way and my concern about these partners posting just as an "incentive" without any further information will not be the case any more.

Thank you. I'll fix it.
I also forgot that Goldpoints and Goldpoints Plus are Radisson.
Javabean- This is a hunch, but I'd argue that SkyPoints would be a points conversion, and SkyMiles AMEX would not. Therefore they count as 2 activities under the rules.

This is a hunch, but I suspect that there actually might be a distinction between GoldPoints and GoldPointsPlus with regards to transfers. The standard GoldPoints program may not count as a Raddison hotel activity.

E-Miles does indeed read as "E-miles". And both Points.com and SkyMiles ClothingCare by ThanksAgain show up with those designations, rather than the generic "Incentive."
