First attempt at SkyPeso award. Struggling, and love any help from experts here. Not all low level avail now obviously. Asking friend with Plat if can create a win-win where he books me and then we change for free later if low avail opens up.
NYC-LIH(dest), LIH-SAN(stop)-LAS(stop)-NYC in first half of November is what I need to actually fly, but happy to book as much as can in the award and pay/use Avios for cheap/short legs like SAN-LAS separately.
I understand one stop and one OJ allowed on DL RT award.
So I can redo this in several ways to fit in. For instance:
NYC-LIH(dest), LIH-SAN//LAS-NYC and pay for SAN-LAS separately.

Love any thoughts on best way to break this up to get cheapest award ticket.

A stopover needs to be along a permitted routing between origin and destination to be had at no incremental mileage. LIH-NYC allows SAN but not LAS.
