I'll be at Borgata in exactly three weeks.

I pretty much avoid gambling at Caesars-Entertainment Properties; though, I did play craps at Showboat a few weeks ago, for nostalgic reasons.

I highly dislike all the Total Rewards establishments (after several losing streaks at them in Vegas), but of the options (Bally's, Caesar's, Resorts, Showboat , Tropicana, Trump Taj Mahal, and Trump Plaza)... well, what would you pick?

I can't go in three weeks, unfortunately, pending a couple of things. Big announcement coming soon If anyone wants to go to AC this week (Wednesday, or some other day), do let me know!

Well, you can't pick Showboat.

Trump Plaza is also dead.

I'd say, Borgata or Golden Nugget Atlantic City.

and, CONGRATS! (I guess the "official" post disappeared!)

Nobody really needs to know yet, but thank you

Unfortunately I can't go to either of those. I need to be able to get from the casino back to the bus, and anything more than a block might be too much work

I "think" Academy stops at Golden Nugget. It's really a nice property since the renovations. They are very anxious for business too; lots of "status match" opportunities. Of course, you could always cab or jitney over from the boardwalk.

Now that Revel is gone, I'll probably just play at Borgata and Golden Nugget the few times I'm in Atlantic City.

You should meet me at Mohegan Sun, sometime, lots of buses from NYC. It's a much better casino experience anyway, IMHO.

Hi All,

I am so sorry that we don't have Internet at my house. Right now, I am at Fireside clubhouse to used wifi. We have someone to come over there on Wednesday at 10am to 12pm. We have change a new router. That's why we have a problem with the router and they were always lost connection. Hope you guys will understand this. We will be back online. ASAP.

That's not a bad idea actually. I have just always favored Greyhound, similar to how I favor Delta. Not to mention I earn Road Rewards I have also heard good things about Mohegan Sun. My parents went a couple of years ago and had a great time. I'm looking for an easy day trip but that might be worth looking into!

Sounds good to me. I'm in the A18 SC at DTW drinking Jack and Coke Zero.

I hope everyone had a great holiday weekend. I went to a wedding in western New Jersey. As a fellow Southerner at the wedding told the groom, "we may have cursed your name a few times but wouldn't have missed it." I actually had a great time there. The wedding and the cookout/"field day" the next day were held at a camp founded by the bride's grandparents. The groom and my wife have been friends since before they can remember and were born a few weeks apart in the same hospital. We have another Jersey wedding to attend on Saturday, but this one is in the Philly area. I hope it will be half as much fun.

All moved in. Not fully organized but I am moved into my room.

I'm pretty excited about it. Don't have to share the same room with someone, but right now have 2 other people living in the suite. There is a 3rd spot that is unoccupied at the moment.

Loving the setup too. Everything is pretty much perfect.

Going to have a long day tomorrow with a work meeting from 9-5. Overall this first week of the semester will be pretty rough as it always is.

Next on my life checklist: new iPhone...

Would be my pleasure to "set you up." I get multiple free rooms/suites, VIP Lounge access, free buffets etc. etc. etc. (yes, this includes at least 4-5 premium bourbons and a few single malts including some 18 year... oh, and JW Blue in one of the lounges)

Sounds like a good time. I'm a 'jersey boy... albeit, from North Jersey (Fort Lee).
