When A Wine Split is Split in 2
FA trainees working LAX-ATL left me puzzled. After scanning my drink voucher, one poured half the bottle of red wine, replaced the cap and handed me the cup.
"Don't I get all of it," I asked?
"No sir..sorry," her teammate replied. "You also asked for tomato juice and drink orders in the main cabin total one full cup."
And where did such a directive originate? "Training instructor," they smiled.
Ok, then.

Isn't the tomato juice free in coach anyway?
Also, I wonder what happened to the remainder of the little bottle of wine.

Sorry to be playing catch up here, but are you saying that I could be using my HOOU coupons to "pay" for those splits? I'd much rather have that than the swill they serve in the main cabin!
Thanks for the tip!

+1.
I'm not a frequent flyer by any means, but I recently flew C+ MSP-GEG to visit family. First time using Delta for direct service, I usually can get a much better deal doing MSP-SEA-GEG on Alaska.
Anyways, the FA had no issue refilling my vodka OJ's when they got low. I had a ride picking me up on return, so I may have over-indulged just a tad.
