Another IT meltdown?
Website is down with a message that they're having trouble with web and mobile and to call if you need to book/change or go to airport if you need to check in.
App can't log in nor can you search for flights as a guest....

I can login to the web site and look at upcoming itineraries etc. Wonder if it's a regional and/or routing issue.

only problem is that people start new threads instead of appending to the master, and FT doesn't automatically migrate them ... I'm not in any way an IT guy or a programmer, but it really doesn't strike me as altogether difficult to implement
