No issues in the Netherlands (Vodafone). Have access to the web and can use the android app (which was updated to 4.2, finally an offline mode so we can access our boarding passes and flight details even if there is no connection )

Can't reach it since last night here in Alaska. I called them and they put in a work ticket but didn't really seem to be aware anyone else was having problems. It came back up briefly here about an hour ago but halfway through buying a ticket, it crashed again.

Update: Can reach delta.com and app now but phoned technical support and he said that they are looking into the problem.

I am in India and for last six days I have been getting the same error. Android app doesn't work here either.
I have been moving around India and have tried several ISPs (home, hotel, work, cellular) - all with the same error. It has intermittently worked a couple of times but goes back to not working in a day or two.

I've been having trouble for at least a week, have been fighting with "customer service" via Twitter. Keep being asked what I'm trying to do, can't seem to bang it into their heads that I'm just trying to access the freakin' website. So frustrating.
