Afternoon. Hence my surprise. Flights at this time almost always go to gate regardless of route.

flight 906, B739 ATL-LGA, K fare, 5 of 32 for 3 seats. played #teamboardlast and almost snagged 4B from a no-show but he arrived literally 10 second before they closed the door.

3/28 ATL-ORD - 6 of 20 something. 4 Upgrades.
3/29 ORD-ATL - 2 of 20. 4 Upgrades. Upgraded.

So I think I'm running about 40% on the year. PM out of ATL doesn't seem too bad. Did MCO-SEA-LAX-SEA-MCO and all but first leg was upgraded in January.

3/29 JFK - SLC - FAT - cleared to first on SLC - FAT last week. Declined the C+ upgrade on JFK - SLC as I have exit row and the C+ was looking sparse.

3/31 - LAX - ATL -BWI cleared to C+ at booking. ATL - BWI cleared to first last week.

I walked up to this flight as zone 2 was boarding. GIDS showed 1 first class seat remaining, which is how many open seats I saw when I peeked at the flight earlier today. I boarded last and saw my seat and 2D open (which was the open seat I saw earlier today). There were 35 people on the upgrade list. It seems that upgrades were not processed? A uniformed pilot ended up sitting in 2D.
