45 minute connection in SLC

Hi, my wife and I have a 45 minute connection scheduled July 7th coming in Salt Lake City coming in from SNA and departing to MCO. Will this be doable in this airport? We haven't flown through Salt Lake before and only have experienced ATL.

Thanks so much

You'll have to transfer without delay but SLC is pretty small. Try to sit near the front on the inbound flight.

It's more than doable if you don't have any major delays out of Orange County.

Slc is a very easy airport. Absent any major delays you should be absolutely fine

If you are on an RJ on your flight from SNA that requires planeside valet of larger rollerbags, be careful. Planeside valet luggage can take awhile to be returned to you. If you are not delayed arriving into SLC you 'should' still be okay.

45 minutes is enough time to walk from any gate to any other gate in the airport with ease. Heck, you'll have time to get a drink in the lounge if you like.

Well, I won't worry about 54 minutes.

You can sit down with said drink and enjoy it with a 54 minute connection.

Could not agree more with other folks. You would have to be horribly late to not make your connection.

I did a D12 to B8 in 11 minutes doing a slow jog with the moving sidewalk, with a pit stop. 45 isn't a problem, but I do agree with BamaGirl, if your SNA-SLC flight is a CRJ900, then you may want to consider checking your luggage.

Looking at everyone's replies it sounds like we will be totally fine especially since we are coming in on an A319
