The Complete List of Seats Unavailable for Selection Prior to Check-in
There have been a lot of threads recently about the availability (or lack of availability) of C+ seats, especially for those booking close to their departure date. One suggestion that I (and others) have made is to wait until T-24, when some C+ seats become available. Following up on this suggestion, I made a list of all the C+ seats that are held back until check-in. Since I was doing this, I went ahead and also included Y (and in a few cases J) seats that are held back until at least check in (some Y seats may be held for gate assignment only).
To do this I looked at seat maps far out in advance and I verified each aircraft type on two separate flights and then against the generic seat maps provided on dl.com. Please note that because I was looking at February of 2016, I was unable to find some aircraft maps (like the old BE version of the 757s). I have also linked to the seat maps on dl.com for each aircraft so that it's easy to check the generic seat map against your specific flight.
Hope this helps. If it does, perhaps we can make it a wiki.

Thank you.
BTW, would it be possible to add seat counts, such as 16FC, 24C+, 120Y, perhaps in square brackets at the end of the line for each aircraft type/configuration? This would especially enable people to quickly eliminate the need to look at all of the 757 seat maps, for example.
