Upgrade Hierarchy On Y Tix
Has it been spelled out what happens on a full Y ticket when someone has a lesser status like VS or VA or AS or AF or (gasp) SPG?
Is it correct to believe only DL Medallions get priority on a Y ticket?
Side note...
Are VS/VA/AF/AS all the same group for upgrade hierarchy or is there some sort of order in there?

AF/KL (on non-Y fares), AM, AS, and SPG elites are (were?) all coded as UP6. It is unclear whether there is an internal hierarchy within this group. I suspect VS was added to this UP6 group following the introduction of DL upgrade benefits for VS Gold members, but I'm not sure. VA elites do not get complimentary upgrades on DL metal.
