Delta no wanna pay KLM for access. Keep that in mind next time you pay the enhanced Skyclub price / membership! (if you pay)!

Yes, you should file a complaint about this change in DL policy.

The policy is KL's (requiring an onward connection for access). Not clear that DL had anything to do with the change in a partner's policy.

I would bet my bottom dollar that in some way some choice made by Delta has had an impact.

I am relatively certain that if DL offered KL enough money for each visit, that KL would write a policy around DL's specific situation. But, query why DL would when as a competetive matter it's not necessary and the fees charged carrier-carrier for international lounge usage can be fairly steep.

Send an complaint to KLM in the Netherlands (http://www.klm.com/travel/nl_nl/cust...CountryCode=NL) and point them to to the following url and get a sorry and travelvoucher of EUR100,- (although i fear your one will be handled by Delta):

http://www.airfrance.fr/FR/en/common..._airfrance.htm

Select your card

Flying Blue Gold and Platinum or SkyTeam Elite Plus
You and a guest of your choice can take advantage of free entry to the 530 Air France and SkyTeam lounges.

You have access to the lounges when you travel:

on an AIR FRANCE, KLM, or SkyTeam international flight,
on an Air France flight within Paris that departs from Paris-Charles de Gaulle, Paris-Orly West and airports in certain select cities,
on a KLM flight within the Netherlands that departs from Amsterdam-Schiphol,
on a SkyTeam flight within one country that connects to a SkyTeam international flight on the same day,
upon arrival on a long-haul SkyTeam flight to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Terminal 2C,
upon arrival on a SkyTeam international flight to Amsterdam-Schiphol (KLM Crown Lounges), Dubai, Glasgow, Houston, Johannesburg, and Toronto.

So seems like Skyclub membership doesn't allow arrival access but Skyteam Elite PLus does? If the poster was a Diamond, why wouldn't have let him in?

Yes, assume that OP arrived on Skyteam international flight. OP only mentioned SkyClub membership not DM. SkyClub membership, if applicable, is not dependent upon arrival on Skyteam flight.

The AMS PP lounge should be available to arriving passengers with PP membership cards.

Elite plus didn't work for me. My departure flight (in that one case) was non-Skyteam (and in steerage), so no joy.
