Points only. When I log into my Delta account I can pull up a receipt and it shows a payment via a credit card. (I'm assuming a ghost card of some sort.)

Quick update: Flew yesterday on a ticket bought through US Bank, and the miles posted appropriately for both MQM and RDM (based on spend). They weren't diluted, reduced, or otherwise modified from regular earnings.
