Does the Mesabi Daily News clip art file need a facelift?

Good news about the Chisholm upgrades. The agents there consistently provide excellent, professional service with a warm personal touch.

LOL I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw this thread!

I hope the new agents will be as well trained and knowledgeable as the existing team there

Programs: Now just a lowly DL PM/1MM. This industry needs some competition. It's just not enjoyable anymore.

Couldn't agree more. Clearly the best center in the system, IMHO.

Does Chisholm have work-at-home telecommuters as SLC res does?

Not sure... when I've gotten Chisholm with some complicated issues before, the agent asked me to hold so she could go ask someone she works with in the next aisle that is more familiar with how to do it properly.

The important thing is that the agent admits that they aren't sure how to do something and asks rather than either telling you it's impossible or doing it wrong.

Good news indeed. THE best call center of any airline I've interacted with.

My impression is no, which might reflect PMNW versus PMDL. However, it would make sense to allow people to work from home in the winter.

At least anecdotally there is work at home from the Chisholm Office.

I talked to a nice woman who eventually informed me she was based out of IRC and currently at home in her PJ's and had her cat with her...seemed like she was having a decent time all things considered!

My impression is that for the DM line employees, SLC DM agents are much more likely to be working from home than the Chisholm employees I reach when I call the DM line number.
