If there is one thing I have given up on understanding it is DL pricing. LOL
SEA-ATL-MEX on b-fare. MEX-ATL-SEA on y-fare. They quoted me $1700. But wasn't able to book because the system said the SEA-ATL-MEX fare wasn't available when I got to purchase option.
Tried to search again by changing from 6am to 9am outbound departure time. SEA-ATL-MEX on b-fare (same 10:30 flight as above). MEX-LAX-SEA on z-fare/a-fare. This time i got a $1070 fare. And booked it.
A drop in $630 and a bump up to business on the return. Go figure. LOL
All DL-coded flights but the return is operated by AS on one leg.
