Qualified for 2015 Diamond, and have not received one upgrade

Interesting first. Qualified for Diamond in 2015, and yet so far in 2014 I have not received one upgrade. I sense this is the future for many of us.

Good grief I have only qualified for FO in 2015 and should make Gold in the next 2 weeks. I have had 19 flights in F so far this year. It has to be the routes you are travelling.

My upgrade percentage is down substantially as well, even on off-days and routes that were once sure things. FCM has really decimated one of the biggest benefits of status.

Is that 4-5 paid J TATLs and a few domestic connections to ATL?

I'm in the same boat. Only PM this year but UGs are down slightly. Most noticeably on the late evening ATL-SFO flight I am usually on. Have now had to burn 2 RUCs to get up front and sat in back once out of 4 flights. Used to be nearly guaranteed up front as a GM on this route. It's a long flight that I definitely appreciated the UG on, and one factor that made DL more appealing than UA out of SFO. SFO-DTW on the 767 has been packed the two times I've taken it this year, more so than last 2 years.

Kind of meaningless. What was OP's status before hitting Diamond? How many upgradeable flights has OP been on.

69,152 rollover MQMs tells you the answer to that one. Only DMs can accumulate that much rollover.

Holy cow with that kind of MQD spend? I have not been keeping track but must be above 90% on some 40 segments and MQD spend is just over $2000!

Having requalified for DM for 2015 should have no affect on upgrades this year.

I think OP knows that, and it's more of an observation of how tough upgrades have become. Like "Hey, I've flown XX,XXX MQMs this year and haven't gotten a single upgrade yet."

WOW! If OP is complaining about lack of complimentary upgrades then he/she is flying domestic coach at $24,000 for 15 segs. He/She should buy first and pocket the other $17,000 Seriously, do these numbers add up..I seem to be missing something. 15 segs domestic for 64,000 MQMs and not at the top of upgrade list or already in first?
