And I have 0 as customer value
Plus I currently own in Manhattan and rent in california. I have a 0 for home value.

From what I can tell, this data isn't being sent in the clear. It's not obfuscated, yes, but the connection between your computer and DL.com is secure (https://...), so no one can snoop on the data. Doesn't mean they aren't sending it in the clear elsewhere though.

I have to say I think Delta owes us all* an apology for pushing confidential information like my birthdate, income, and home zip+4 (specific enough to get REALLY close, especially when combined with the valuation data) over the wire to any computer I log in to delta.com from (like the shared machine in the lobby of my hotel that I print a boarding pass on?)
It's not like it's any surprise anymore when we find a delta.com issue, but seriously, people. What a fiasco.
