Delta Online Social Media Survey
Haven't seen this before but asked @Delta for help today with an upcoming reservation via Twitter. After they helped, I got a link for an online social media survey.
Looks like they are judging if people are interested in purchasing services for sale via twitter/facebook (Book a new trip, Seat Upgrade (i.e. Comfort+, Business, Delta One), Change a flight, Sky Club Pass, Priority Boarding, Gift Cards, In-Flight Wi-Fi)
