Sorry for going slightly off topic, but does anyone else notice that on ATL-MCO there are hardly any 753's anymore? It seems to be mainly 752's with maybe one or two 739's/753's depending on the day.

Looks like the only two gone through complete mods are N582NW and N584NW. N581NW and N583NW have both just had winglets added and still have the interior mods to go through.

It is easy to find 753s into MCO from DTW and MSP at this time of year.

Does anyone know if the monitors are unable to tilt like on the 739s, so it is difficult to view when the pax in front of you reclines?

I haven't flown the new 753's, but I did have my first 739 experience this past sunday. I found that even if the person in front of you reclines, the screen is still very crisp. The annoying part in such a situation is the height.

Are there any plans to mod the 752's?

Starting in the Fall, I believe, for the domestic planes. The first International/Transcon (75S) version just rolled out this week, with 3 estimated to be complete by this summer and the rest being done after the summer flying season.

I booked a flight for July on a 757-300. Right now the seat map indicates the old version. Since about half the mods will be done is there a chance a newly mod aircraft will be used on the flight?

Seatmaps confirm this. I've updated the wiki accordingly.

On the ST PC application they are loading as 75W's.

Now, isn't it all of your recollection too that DL said 2014? Now they are saying all BE tcon's by 2015.

I have a 753 flight scheduled in September and am hoping for satellite TV which I really like for some reason. Though some of the channels seem never to work.

The plan for the domestic 752's is discussed in this thread.

I am on a modded 757-300 right now MSP/RSW. Delta.com showed no IFE. Getting on the plane the lead FA asked if I had been on a modded 757, it was the first one she had been on. Seat back monitors about the same size as a large Ipad. Has input for USB and s-video and headset. Sat tv and movies. Power connection for two spots is in between seats in front of you. Easy to spot. One of the new small lav's I can see some people having a problem entering (door is narrow). Monitors do not swivel or tilt.

Do the F seats still have the Confederate Gray inserts or are the seat covers all Delta Signature Blue?
