I guess the first question becomes what is a typical customer? The family flying to Disney once a year, the guy going to China for work once a quarter etc.

My concern would be that, from DL's point of view, a "typical user" will be someone who flies DL so much that their opinion of DL could readily be inferred from their frequent custom.

If DL want's to learn how to improve, they should include some formerly frequent customers who have elected to significantly cut their DL usage.

I think they'd rather deal with the current customers who frequently berate them.

Well at least before the Option 4 them

Actually, it is a secret General Motors program to get advice on what to do with the Pontiac Sky tooling that is now obsolete.

Cheers

Haha if GM asked for advice about that car here all they'd get is everyone wondering why they can't build a car that's cheap like the Aveo, gets the same mileage as a Volt, goes as fast as a Corvette, but seats as many as an Escalade.

You get a secret decoder ring that allows you to contact Richard Anderson directly.

Now you went and done it. You broke the oath. You were not supposed to spread the news about that, or that FCM was actually a smokescreen to hide all the Sky Advisor upgrades !
