Converting Worldperks to SkyMiles
 

Hi -

A girlfriend hasn't converted her Worldperks miles to SkyMiles. Is it too late for her to do so? I'm sure NW or DL would have sent out "how to" emails, but she's missed those. ..

Apologies if this has been discussed to death - I can't find any quick answer in the FAQs etc, so maybe particular ship has sailed...

All WP accounts were converted to SM automatically.

She should contact Delta to learn her new SM number and set up a PIN.

If 18 months passed from the last account activity (earning or redeeming) the miles will have been lost.

Use her WP number and previous pin to log into delta.com. She'll be given her converted SM number. All converted WP accounts started with the expiration date of 31 Oct 2011
