Flexperks listed examples: "United, American, British Airways, Emirates, JetBlue, Southwest, Delta, Sun Country", however BEWARE that "non U.S. merchants" are not supposed to work (i.e. British Airway & Emirates). Supervisor has said that this list hasn't been updated to exclude non-US airlines. Note that it will be difficult to get any transactions covered if Real-time Rewards do not work automatically.

Got the card today but when I tried to register for GoGo passes, the Website said it does not recognize the card number. Later, I tried to log into the Flexperks Promos portal and even there had the same issue. Any thoughts/suggestions?

Wait 60 days or so for the promo site to recognize a new card. It could happen sooner.

Is is possible to downgrade the card with annual fee to something without an annual fee? Don't think I will be able to use the points I have before the annual fee kicks in.

Also the GoGo passes expire one year after you register for them, so if you don't plan to use one right away, might as well wait to activate them.

Can you buy SW tix and then change them for later? No fee to change.

Can anyone weigh in on ease of applying/getting approved for US Bank Business cards? Do they grill you like Chase does?

I found US Bank difficult if you have a lot of credit lines open and recent hard pulls (in the last year). However, another officer of our company found it very easy.

Ah. I've got 8 personal cards and several biz that won't show up on credit report. My US Bank cc is 12 years old and was originally a Northwest airlines cc. Only 5 hard pulls in the last year. Hopefully will be fine.

7-11 worked, and I've got 2x. Now I have 40k points and want to use them on AS, then cancel and get the money in AS wallet. Is it still working?

Is there any chance of getting a $400.48 fare for 20000 points (or 20000 points+48c)? Does talking to a supervisor help?

Can you change the routing at all? If there are fewer stops, the taxes will go down, or if you connect in a place with a lower PFC (like CLT if you're flying AA) the taxes will go down.

That's a smart tip. I cannot use it this time because there are specific flights that I need to book, but I will keep it in my mind for future. Thanks!

I also tried once and was denied. That was expected. This is technically within their T&C, so no complaint here.

But generally nobody in US Bank cares to spend time nor has the authority to do something that is not encoded in the system.
