Is Les Concierges merging with AXA or is AXA buying Les Concierges? Does anyone know?
See, I have an Amex card from BofA and AXA used to be the concierge, now it's Les Concierges. AXA wasn't great, but you know what I am saying.
Is Les Concierges history? Anyone?

Hmm.. Les has been the concierge on my MBNA (now BoA) Amex card for years.

They're not great. Don't expect miracles.

LC has been the MBNA (now BofA) WorldPoints provider for years. This is managed directly by BofA. Many of the BofA Accolades card benefits are managed by Amex's payment network group. The concierge for that product used to be AXA, and LC won the contract from them (which is managed by Amex) in 2008.

Sometimes contract wins like that spark M&A discussions...
