UR vs MR vs TY pts for bill pay

I was looking at different ways to spend points the other day and noticed something odd. When it comes to bill pay, UR points > * because you get the best value of 100 points to $1. Both MR and TY value at a lot less. I always thought MR was equivalent to UR in value, not sure about TY. Was this changed recently or has it always been like this?

It has been that way for as long as I can remember. However, you should never use your points in this way since it is always the worst value.
