Help with card selection is needed

Hello everybody,

I need a help with card selection. Purpose to get a maximum bonuses

Card mainly will be used for purchasing online. I'm member of AAdvantage, so mainly fly with AA.

Most probably I will need a card with maximum cash back, but also will consider the programs which will give maximum of points (convertible to miles or travel credit)

Also will consider to open a card with highest sign up bonus for spending $xxx in y months

Thank you!

Do you presently have any Citibank cards? If you have one that has been open for a year or more, you could product change it to a Citi AT&T Access More card, which earns 3x TYP per dollar for most online purchases. TYP can be converted to miles in all 3 major airline alliances or cashed out at 1cpp with a bit of legwork.

I have a this one Citi® / AAdvantage® Executive World Elite
It is a good card for Admiral Club access and getting mile, so I probably will not convert it

Thank you for suggested Citi AT&T Access More card - will check on it!

Chase is associated with United, not AA. But it's a popular card.

Then again, I have so many UA miles that my last cards have been with Citi, which is AA associated and IHG Chase.

Chase has Ultimate Rewards points which are earned with the Freedom Card. Points are worth 1.5 when using Chase rewards to book on any airline I believe and can be transferred to several Airline programs

There are three card issuers to consider, but Chase is not one of them:

American Express:

(Starwood is a hotel program, and their points can be converted 1:1 to miles in many airline programs, including AA.)

Barclays:

Citi:
