Sometimes you have to be a resident of the state they operate in, while some were able to get the card without living in those states. It is very much YMMV. You will need proof of income (W2, check stubs, etc). The only states City National Bank operates in are: NY, DE (only trust office, no go), DC, GA, TN, MN, NV & CA. The bank is looking for high net worth individuals, but that's not exactly consistent either.
The card has no foreign transactions fees and is fee-free the first year, then $400 annually.

The Global Entry fee was just reimbursed for my AU card.
As for the Priority Pass card, I got one for my AU, but I had to call my CNB banker to ask for it.

(1) I have now found one positive report in this thread of Global Entry fee being paid for an AU. (2) As mentioned above, a Priority Pass card should be available for one AU. I still do not know whether it is sent to the AU card holder automatically (I have only one AU) or the primary card holder has to do put in a request for it somehow. If someone knows, please post. Thanks.

I'm interested in the Infinite $100 off RT deal for a flight next week. My wife and I will fly on DL and credit the miles to AS. However, a couple questions.
First, my name on my CNB card is slightly different than how it is on my AS account. I haven't create a DL account yet.
Second, I understand the Infinite page will let me enter my FFN for the airline in flying, but will it let me credit my DL flight to AS?

Came here looking for ideas whether to renew the card or not funny enough even with the AU and travel credit im not considering renewing as I havent actually gotten to use last/this years airline gc cause Ive been flying on points (biz/first)

I'm also undecided if I should renew in October/November. I have 1 AU so I should be able to get $500 in annual travel credits vs $400 AF. But recent reports indicate that it's getting pretty difficult to get that credit. I'm about to use the $100 RT credit for the first time, not sure it's something I'll use a lot.
