[Active Again] $50 Sign Up Bonus On Fidelity Amex (Flat 2% Cash Back)
Here is the link for a $75 sign up bonus on the fidelity AmEx: https://www.applyonlinenow.com/USCCa...ntry?sc=VAB2BP
Flat 2% on all purchases.
Sign up bonus is kinda ...., but it's a nice card to have for those not worrying about points.

$75 Sign Up Bonus On Fidelity Amex (Flat 2% Cash Back)
Just applied for this card last week. Didn't receive instant approval, so I called. CS told me I was approved for $12.5k. When I receive the card, I'll call again to ask if they'll give me the points. Still need to app for the SO too.

It is the first time I have seen that also.
It is an FIA card. You could not even pay FIA cards at BofA branch - its system would not recognize FIA cards. That was my experiences on FIA cards. So it is not surprising BofA check status site does not recognize it.
You may want to try this status phone number - 1-866-422-8089, option 3. ignore the prompt and it would connect you to the live rep.
That number was given to me by the BofA chat rep last week when I had issue pulling up the status of an AS application. It worked. Live reps work 9 to 6 M-F, and 11 to 7 on Saturday.

I tried 1-866-422-8089 and option 3. It is auto status check and it said they can approve my request. But i do not know how to connect to the rep. I tried dial 866-422-8089 and choose option 0 directly. Then it said their office is closed, asking me to call back 8am-midnight Mon-Fri, while my calling time was 5am!!
Yes, the BofA office is not open 24/7. I actually got a shorter calling time window per the chat rep.

When I called, I wanted to hear the status anyway and that had changed to approval - so no need to even talk to live rep.
That was for AS card, not this card. The phone number used is the same regardless.
Once the AS bonus (upon approval) is posted, I will apply for this card which I plan to get in some point. BofA is known for reduce CL or shut down a card to make room for another card WITHOUT telling the applicant. I have an existing active BofA 1-2-3 card that is converted from an old Schwab card which is managed by FIA, and is grandfathered with the 0% forex fee, and this newly acquired AS card. I dont want BofA touch either one, at least not until I have gotten the AS bonus which should post no later than early next week based on previous history. Then I would apply this card.

The chat rep said to IGNORE the prompt, i.e. do NOT enter your information as prompted, and the the call would be picked up by a live rep. That was the instruction given by the chat rep.

Thanks! Dial the number, choose option 3 and then IGNORE the prompt, finally it was indeed picked up by a rep. I was told my app has been rejected and I need to wait for the letter to send a recon request..damn..this is my 2nd time to apply for this card and failed again..
