Capital One No Longer Offering Perk Central starting November 2013
I logged into my Capital One account (currently have Cash Rewards card but used to have Venture) and went to the rewards portal which Capital One calls Perk Central. On the top of every page there's the following notice:
Does anyone know what this is about? Is Capital One getting rid of Perk Central altogether or replacing it with something new?
I only keep my card open for credit score purposes, but I occasionally use it when I can get a good deal on Perk Central. If they get rid of Perk Central and don't replace it with anything I'll have absolutely no use for the card.
Mods: If there is already a thread on this feel free to merge them, I did a quick search and couldn't find anything.

I'm seeing the same thing. While I used Perk Central occasionally, I found myself using Chase's UR mall program more often (it usually works with any payment method, even non-Chase cards).
Perhaps this is part of the rewards change a phone representative alerted me to when I replaced a stolen card last month.
