I remember reading about buying a pen or some other low cost item on Delta's website to earnt he statement credit. Does anyone have the link to that post or any luck with buying something on their website. The cheapest thing I found was around $8.

Some people just booked a fully refundable ticket in the distant future. Waited for the credit to post and then canceled the ticket. Credit remained.

In September of last year, there's a Amex deal. Later Delta offered everyone an additional 4k+ $100 for their website not working during the application.

I'm wondering if anyone still keeps the letter/notice/email for the additional 4k+ $100?

I got matched to the 70k offer but didn't get the additional.

If so, can you send me that? Thanks!

That's weird. I thought only I didn't since I was manually matched to the offer.

Is it worth asking them in an email/query or would it result in an Amex financial review or wondering how you got access to the offer, I picked it up here from this thread.
